While building Brelixi’s ecommerce platform, we encountered a unique set of challenges tied to the cannabis wellness industry. Ensuring full legal compliance across varying regional laws required precise implementation of geo-restriction tools and dynamic age verification, without compromising the customer experience.

Additionally, the need to educate users on complex product formulations, like nano-emulsified THC/CBD, adaptogens, and nootropics, meant designing content modules that could communicate science in a digestible, visually engaging way. Balancing storytelling and conversion also required overcoming WordPress performance limitations. We had to maintain fast load times and responsiveness across dynamic, media-rich pages, all while integrating custom cart logic, bundle builders, and wholesale access, without disrupting stability or user flow.
