The brand is driven by the mission “to make the best tasting masala chai by directly sourcing premium tea and spices from sustainable farms in India,” and if any user or customers want to connect with them, they can quickly leave their details with a personalized message through the contact form on the platform.
After adding the products with the required quantity to the cart, customers can quickly proceed to checkout by entering the address and paying via cards.

The client had come up with a unique concept of offering 100% authentic tea and spices by sourcing from Assam and West Bengal all the way to the UK. However, they started confronting challenges to gain visibility and brand awareness in their target locations. Since the world population is driven by mobile and web technology, the client needed to establish a robust digital presence on the web.
When the client met and discussed their problems with us, we orchestrated a highly responsive and engaging digital storefront using the elite Shopify platform. Our team coordinated and brainstormed with the client and agreed upon building a platform with user-friendly and interactive interfaces, making the entire exploring to checkout process engaging for customers. Nevertheless, while preparing project requirement documents and a blueprint, we overcame the challenges below.
Multiple brainstorming sessions and iterations paid off when we heard satisfactory words from the client. Finally, the client got a platform where they can easily add new products and attract more customers, all while spreading awareness of their unique brand story. Their brand has become the talk of the town, and customers are ordering authentic masala teas, spices, and traditional accessories sourced right from the origin progressively.
Everything is delivered as the client expected, from the product catalog, site navigation, features, navigation flow, and design to checkout and marketing options. Therefore, now they are growing with a snowball effect.
