We built this cool, fresh-looking, and interactive niche eCommerce website for beverages that are healthier and tastier.
The need was to refresh the look and feel of their wholesale eCommerce website and to also enable direct customers to order online across anywhere in the USA.
Techtic not only gave a solid user interface to this online store but even brought modern-day features and functionalities to enhance customer experience that would result in brand loyalty for years to come.
This is the first page users will come in contact with the client after they register on the website and log in as a customer or whole sell partner to purchase Food & Beverages. The platform dashboard gives users a quick overview of the website’s sections and company details, manages product inventory, and handles diverse product categories.
The admin, through the dashboard, handles the B2C and B2B customers, deal with all orders placed by them, arrange orders and handle shipping processes, view payment transactions, and manage business rules.
Problem
Thinking of soda is old-school. We want distributors and direct customers to think of soda as a healthier beverage that can be accessible anywhere in the USA.
Some of the decisive facets of the project that had to be incorporated consist of:
- The site must provide both B2C and B2B Food & Beverages service to their customer base.
- B2B wholesales users who would order food & drinks in bulk can have access to special prices.
- It must have special animations and functionalities to make the website more interactive.
- People get multiple online payment options and preferences for easy product purchases.
- A registered user can view products, order food and beverages, or cancel the order.
- Users can purchase gifts for their dear ones.
Challenges
Our teams developed a precise eCommerce solution in spite of all the intricacies and challenges we faced. At the foundational level, we facilitated a well-structured and user-friendly website interface.
To display all the food and beverages products on one page was also a key challenge as the users were clearly required to comprehend the numerous features and functionalities of the eCommerce website.
Result
After resolving all the client problems, project challenges, and precise implementations, we successfully built the Olipop E-Commerce food & beverages portal with a flexible interface for their customer base.
The most significant and essential part of the project is that the client now has an extremely robust, intuitive, and scalable platform. The client has a single platform and can manage website content for all different languages. The platform is presently organized in Shopify with the latest technology, advanced tools, and modern-day functionalities.
- The web portal handles different types of product categories, and the admin can effortlessly manage business rules.
- There is a rise in customer satisfaction levels and loyalty with user-friendly design and interface.
