Dashboard

This is the first page users will come in contact with the client after they register on the website and log in as a customer or whole sell partner to purchase Food & Beverages. The platform dashboard gives users a quick overview of the website’s sections and company details, manages product inventory, and handles diverse product categories.

The admin, through the dashboard, handles the B2C and B2B customers, deal with all orders placed by them, arrange orders and handle shipping processes, view payment transactions, and manage business rules.

Order Management

Users can place orders or create a custom order, and the admin can manage one-time purchases or avail subscription on a monthly or weekly basis. The user base can opt for order cancelation or subscription cancelation, get a refund and make quick feedback or reviews.

The platform offers an easy order tracking process, tracking orders any time through Order ID without logging into a user account. The admin can regulate all location-wise orders and payments.

Product Management

This module manages product inventory, handles different types of product categories and product information such as image, title, price, quantity, descriptions, and check-out details.

Payment

The website offers a single-step check-out process, simple setup, enables complete sales cycle of the products, and provides a customized shipping process.

The admin can view all location-wise orders and payments along with all payment transactions made by customers. The payment gateway integration enables Shop Pay, G pay, and PayPal for online transactions.

View & Filter Payments

The admin can view all payment transactions made by customers. There is a payment filter option where the admin can filter payment transactions by type, date range, and users.

Gorgias - Live Chat Support

The admin can manage Live Chats and Queries from the users on product details, shipping, and pricing.

Friends Referral Programs

This specific feature allows and incentivizes prevailing customers to endorse the brand and its products to their friends.

Store Locator - List & Map

This feature allows users to identify the nearest locations to them or which is listed closest to them through a map.

Problem

Thinking of soda is old-school. We want distributors and direct customers to think of soda as a healthier beverage that can be accessible anywhere in the USA.

Some of the decisive facets of the project that had to be incorporated consist of:

  • The site must provide both B2C and B2B Food & Beverages service to their customer base.
  • B2B wholesales users who would order food & drinks in bulk can have access to special prices.
  • It must have special animations and functionalities to make the website more interactive.
  • People get multiple online payment options and preferences for easy product purchases.
  • A registered user can view products, order food and beverages, or cancel the order.
  • Users can purchase gifts for their dear ones.

Challenges
